I can’t stress this enough: Read this entire thank you page. Think of it as the instruction manual for your new software—skip around or skim, and you’ll miss the part that actually makes it work. I’ve learned this lesson the hard way. Once, I ripped open a box, tossed the directions aside, and thought I could “figure it out.” An hour later I had a half-assembled mess, a short fuse, and the sinking realization that if I’d just read the instructions from the start, I could have saved myself all that frustration.

Don’t make the same mistake here. Take a few extra minutes, go through this page carefully, and set yourself up for success from the very beginning. This is a longer read, but it’s worth it—it’s the shortcut to getting everything running smoothly.

Step 1: Logging In

I know this sounds silly, but you'd be surprised how many people don't do this... You get ZERO value from Profit Levers Advisory if you don't login to use it.

Here's a step-by-step on how to get logged in:

  • Open a new browser tab (keep this one open for reference).

  • Check your email (including spam & promotions folders).

  • Look for the email that says "Account Created |Profit Levers Advisory".

  • That email will contain your user name and password to log into https://app.profitleversadvisory.com

If you do not see it, please send a message to support immediately. It probably means you entered your email wrong during checkout.

Step 2: Passwords

DO NOT lose your password! But we get it, it happens. Here's some password best practices:

  • Your initial welcome email contains a random password to get you logged in. Save it on a notepad somewhere.

  • If you reset your password (because you forgot), check your spam! Sometimes it goes there. I know. It's stupid. We don't like it either.

  • When the system asks to send you a secret login code, select the phone number option. It's 100x more reliable at sending codes via text.


If you can't find anything, please email support. I hope you're noticing a pattern...

Step 3: Initial Account Setup

Here’s the roadmap we recommend you follow for your onboarding training. Start with the Quickstart—this is non-negotiable. It’s designed to get your account into a “Minimum Viable” state using the frameworks we’ve already built for you. In other words, it’s the fastest way to get your system up, running, and usable without you having to figure everything out from scratch. Only after you’ve completed the Quickstart should you move into the other trainings, which are focused on helping you unlock the full potential of the platform and customize it further if you choose to build on your own.

But, first things first: do the Quickstart: It’s quick, it’s simple, and it’s the foundation everything else rests on.
